    i bought superior masterpiece cotton 50w while on a trip and luv luv luv it.
    will be looking at buying the large spools next time

    I have been using Superior's Masterpiece for about 4 years (maybe more), love it. ONLY have the large spools

    I like many brands of thread. All the well known brands have good thread so not much guess work anymore.

    I love Superior threads. Even if you don't use them check out their website, they have a lot of very interesting information regarding threads, needles, tension, etc.

    I always use Masterpiece for piecing. They do a silver grey and a darker one that between them blend with most colours.

    They don't call them Superior for nothing! I love it. For LAM and DHM.

    I also just tried Essentials by Connecting Threads on my LAM and it is wonderful. No lint accumulated in the bobbin area and the thread ran smooth as siilk.

    I also like Arufil very much for both LAM and DHM.

    could you tell me the color # for the silver grey
    I have not seen this thread in Canada so might order the large spools.
