Well since my arrival here on Saturday I have made some progress on the sewing/computer room.

I still have a few mountains of papers to go through to get sorted out and filed away, but they are in the other room… Out of sight… out of mind.

Hubby put up the design wall on Sunday, and because my house gets so dusty, I had him make me a plastic cover to put over it to keep it clean when not in use. As it stands now… If I want to sew, I can get right too it! I still need to get my Mothers stash sorted out. I know there’s a lot of fabric there, but… it’s so buried in that old steamer trunk I can’t see what I have, or how much. I have some clear plastic tubs and will sort out what’s what this week.

I’ll post a few pics to see how you like it.

It's a "Premium felt back heavy gauge vinyl table pad" It was 120" x 52", but we had to cut it down to 102". The wall was not long enough for the 120". I found it at Bed Bath and Beyond.. used one of their % off coupons and it cost me around $20 w/tax.

DH put grommets in the top and put hooks in the wall so I can take it down if I want. He also put grommets in the plastic so that's also easy to take on & off. (He's a keeper!!)
