    Default I'm so excited!

I started this quilt for my son's girlfriend. As I got it sandwiched, they broke up (they had been together for 2+ years). I think my dog new about the news without being told, as she immediately took the quilt as her own. I would have given it away if she hadn't taken it over.
This quilt is loaded with mistakes, I hate the fabric, and I tortured myself about binding it. On the upside, it is the first quilt I have ever done!!! I love it!
By the way, my son was more worried about telling me they broke up since I had been making the quilt for her, then he was about the break up. He already has a new girlfriend.

I've been told dogs are colorblind, but I don't believe it. Your dog knows it is a pretty quilt. why not take it over! LOL

hehe. the dog has good taste. lets hope your son has as good a taste in girl friends. that is the nice thing about quilts. you don't know who they are going to until they are done and handed out.
