    Default Innova Longarms

I'm looking to purchase a innova longarm and thought I would ask this group for opinions. If you own one, what do you like/dislike about the machine? Has anyone ever brought one and then regretted purchasing an Innova? Thanks.

You should join the longarm quilting groups on yahoo. There's one for Innova owners.

I believe that is what Charisma has and she does awesome work with hers. She is a member on QB and also has a blog. You could check out her blog or PM her.

I,ve had mine for almost 4 years now. She is set up on a superquilter frame and I love her still!!!! I don't do fancy quilting, mostly meander..but she's been a dream, not one problem in this time and I've quilted hundreds of quilts on her.

I've had mine for several years and I LOVE it. I got it before lightning stitch came out, and I'm quite happy with the basic stitch regulator. I got the 26", 12' model. I don't do pantographs, but if I did I would also purchase Pantovision.

An Innova is what I would upgrade to .... some day. I would get the lightning stitch regulator with it. Also, do join the Yahoo group for Innova's -- lots of good info there.

I took delivery of my Innova in July 2010 and I love, love LOVE it. I only quilt part time so I have only done about 40 quilts in that time. I seem to average a little over one a month. I have posted almost every single one here in the pictures forum. Like Dunster, I got mine just before the LS came out. In fact I got a deal buying my dealer's demo model so they could bring in a new machine with the lightening stitch. While I do like the regular stitch regulator, I would prefer to have the lightening stitch given the type of detailed work I do along with some micro work. Additionally, if I had the room I would've gone with a bigger frame but my dedicated room for it could only accomodate a 10 ft frame. I have had to turn away quilts because they were too big for my frame. I really can't quilt a king size as my maximum width is 100" on that frame. Aside from those two issues, I have absolutely NO regrets.
