Ok, thinking about what I want to finish off for this craft fair coming up and then making some other little quick things that would sell fast.....how much is Insul-Bright?
I see Joanns has it for $6.99/yd.
Kinda pricey for me to buy it and then pay the shipping.
I cannot buy it here, I looked last year.

Does anybody know if this comes in different widths and weights? I saw some at Wal-Mart for $6.97 per yard (one of our Wal-Mart stores still has a fabric department) and it did not seem as heavy or compact as what I bought at my LQS.

This site might have some information that would be helpful to you
According to this site, it's available in 22" and 45" inch widths by the yard.

One tip: I have made many potholders using insul brite and I have found if you don't sandwich it between cotton batting it doesn't stop the heat from a hot pot in your hand. The potholders I sandwiched, I can safely lift a hot dish from the oven.

I'm always looking for new ideas of things to make for our church bazaar, and my parish nurse gave me a really cute idea recently. It's a baby placement. I didn't think much about it until I actually saw her granddaughters that she brought me to make a pattern of it. It's the placement with a bib, spoon and washcloth all there. I'll attach some pictures.
