I wonder of any company actually opens any of their products!! they make things so difficult to open so no one in the stores can steal them. when we get them home, we must get knives, hammers, etc to open things. most frustrating.

I've bought (online) thread that is shrink wrapped and I got so frustrated with it. I don't know why they even do it. Do they think that their machines didn't wind the thread tight enough? This is one of the downfalls of buying online. At a store, if I see it shrink wrapped, I wouldn't even buy it.
