Got my painted Iris Panel in the mail yesterday—to say I love it is an understatement. I have been collecting iris fabric for over 5 years and have a large stash of gorgeous fabric. I have a few patterns picked out and will be spending the next week or so auditioning both the patterns and see which fabric will be used to accompany the panel. In the meantime I will be taking the panel out, petting it and letting it know how much I love it.

BTW, the purple iris is my all time favorite flower…

Yeaaaaaa! I'm going to be looking forward to seeing what you decide to do.

I've been "petting" my Iris Garden Panel too .... plus it is proudly laid on some fabric over a platform rocker in my living room, so that I can oooh and aaaaah over it, everytime I go by! It will be accompanying me on a Shop Hop next weekend to start the quest for some yellow to match the background.
