Here's the contact page for The Irish Quilter (quilt shop). I don't know if they have anything to do with the magazine but perhaps they can help you.

I found this but didn't find where the store is
Just realized it's the finished quilt being sold so perhaps I should read the whole thing before posting

The pattern is on eBay under Halloween Witch Quilt. Don’t know how to upload a photo.

It is a finished quilt. https://www.ebay.com/itm/385000370599 I'm not sure but it looks like it is printed and not actually patchwork.

Janey is right. It says in their "return policy" that it is printed.

That is such a cute quilt. I hope you find the pattern. If you do, I'll buy it from you after you are finished with it. I can't seem to draw the 8 pointed star block in EQ7. If I could get that drawn, I could figure out the rest of the quilt.

I finally got the star drawn in EQ7. I started with a 12 inch Lemoyne Star and added the triangles as a variation. There is at least a one inch, probably 2 inch sashing between the blocks. The same size sashing is between the quilt center and the first border and the final third border. The pdf file is a finished 6 inch block or supposed to be. You could print that out and have an office supply upsize it to a finished 12 inch or just use it as a start if you want. The inside of the quilt is probably 6 inch wide strips to provide a background. Hoping this can give you a start on this wonderful quilt. Wanted to add. There will be Y seams in this quilt.
