    Guess I am guilty of ironing mine. I am doing some today and have ironed them. Uh Oh.

    I think you're supposed to press but I know I sometimes iron.

    If you iron the strips, they can get really distorted.
    It is better to press all of your steps in quilting :wink: :D:D:D

    you press a small section at a time not press it will make your strip wonky

    now I havbe always heard from a few quilter friends ...Don't iron.....but I never had heard about changing the way you seam strips together...so I called a friend and she said " haven't I taught you any thing about quilting"..................guess not...haahahahah
