    It works great! Even with polyester batting - just be a bit careful so the hot iron won't touch the batting.

    I didn't have any problems using it on polyester.

    I've always zigzagged them together. I have seen the tape but never thought about using it. I am interested in the replies on this one.

    I've seen a sample of two pieces of batting with the iron on stuff, and you absolutely could not tell it was there. I will be getting some next time I need to use up my batting. I think you will like it.
