    I don't use store bought covers. I have a wooden ironing board and I just use canvas type fabric from yard sales and staple it on. I'm cheap :lol:

    I just buy what ever is on sale, and I iron all the time.
    Never thought about needing a "special one" LOL

    I bought a cover at Joanns that has lines on it. It helps to line up strips and press so they are even.
