ISO guitar quilt
#1
Some years ago at the Olympia Quilt Exhibition in London I saw a stunning quilt which I didn't photograph at the time, but now wish I had. The main design was 2 op-art patterned guitar shapes on a plain background, with piano keyboard borders, and corners with treble and bass clef shapes. The colours were shades of bright turquoise blue with black, and with white and black piano keys in the borders. Has any member ever photgraphed this quilt or made one from a pattern? I might be able to draw it myself, but it wouldn't be as good I'm sure!

Good luck - sounds like a great quilt.

I am not sure if this is the quilt you are referring to, but if you search "Guitar Trio" on this board there is a magnificent quilt made by a board member. I ordered the book she referenced which includes the pattern. The book is titled "Free Expression" by Robbi Joy Eklow and I just received it. Wonderful book!
