I have Carol Doak's Foundation Factory. Block #87 is a man's shirt and tie. It's quite simple with only a few pieces. The CD came with the book and the blocks are printable, sizable, etc. Would something like this work?

The ones on EQ6 also have ties, Id rather not have a tie on it if I can get by with it. But Thanks!
