Congrats. You will love haveing your machine in one place and available. I always used my machine on the dining roon table. This summer I bought a used Bernina Artista that came in a Horn Cabinet. I treated my self. After 80 years I finally thought of me first. Glad you did it earlier. Enjoy

I'm happy and so excited for you! Imagine a 'real' place to put your new Babylock and serger too! I have a Miss Ellie(Ellisimo)myself and I'm saving for serger myself. A cabinet would be heaven, but one thing at a time. Your joy will be double when you sit at that sewing cabinet and sew with your new Ellisimo, that machine is a dream, isn't it?!

katiebear1, a serger basicly joins a seam and finishes it at the same time. you can go to most machine manufactures web sites to see them. most have videos showing how they work. try 'JANOMI AMERICA" their embroidery machine videos are very good so i imagine the one on sergers is too.

good for you...you deserve to have a nice sewing area. I have drooled over the Koala setups. AND the thought of owning a brand new machine instead of a garage sale basic machine.
