A study has found that quilting is beneficial to our wellbeing!

Does this give my stash legitimacy by aiding my creative process?

I think that this is funny. now if there was a way to get insurance to pay for our "hobby" as a mental health thing, like therapy or meds that would be wonderful. hehe

Thanks for the info. That's all I need to hear to go fabric shopping tomorrow for my well being, of course.

Clearly, then, quilting is better than housework for our health!

You can bet I'll use this as my next excuse to avoid cleaning ;-)

It sure is not good on my pocket book, I buy way too much fabric and have too many books. Will be selling more next week.

How reassuring to know that when I buy fabric to add to my stash, I am investing in my health....doesn't get any better than that! LOL
