To me, little projects like that don't really count, lol. I only count quilts as new projects. Those little things are just spur of the moment ideas that need to be acted on. Usually tho, I finish them within a day or two of when I start them so they don't become WIPs.

I have 2 design walls to put my projects on - one has the project that I currently am working on, and will be completing the other has the misc. things I've started, and will complete next(?) but just had to start to see what one, or 2 blocks will look like.

I think it gets worse. The more patterns I see the more fabric I buy. I thought I would never start one project until the current one is done - at least I started that way. Went to Joann's today and now I have 3 projects. Didn't get a chance to do any quilting the last 5 days - guess I needed a fix!

Don't feel bad. You aren't alone. My daughter gave me a wall hanging that says. "Queen of unfinished projects"

I like having a few things going at once- at a minimum, something that's being quilted, something that's being pieced, something in the planning stages... I like to have different things to work on if I get tired of working on one project. I tend to do piecing in the daytime, and quilting in the evening when I'm just hanging out with my husband. I suppose some people probably like to have something easy to take along, something for this, something for that. I suppose as long as things are getting finished it doesn't matter too much, right? : )
