*Sigh* I swore I wouldn't start anymore projects until I finished one, but I just started another project. While cutting up jeans, I thought it would be need to make a wall hanging with the pockets to put above my sewing machine to store all the little things I need but always seem to be buried. The pockets are laid out and the background is chosen...and I have another 6 project started.

Anyone else have this problem? If so, how do you deal with it? I've tried using 5 bags, one for each project so I could rotate, but I ran out and grabbed a shoe box, now this one is laying on my cutting board. Does being a new quilter have anything to do with this??

Or does it just get worse as you get better at quilting like I've read others have?

No, being a new quilter doesn't have anything to do with it. Being a quilter in general does!!! Most quilters have several projects going at one time. It' okay!!!!

I'm afraid it won't get better but don't worry, you're in good company. LOL

I just don't feel right unless I have several projects going at once. I just finished 7 projects and can't decide what to work on next. Today I made a couple of blocks that were promised for a quilt. I need to pull fabrics and put together several projects!!!!

Now dear quilter, this just proves that you have an active mind and can think of things to do faster than your hands can make them.

We're just too creative to be limited to one project. :)
