There is nothing like the feeling of a new machine, out of the box. Congrats on your new "Baby".
I love the way you have colored your rugs. No bull's eye look to those!

Woohoo Kara, so happy for you. Have fun getting to know your new machine. With all of the creative projects you do, you deserve it.

Thank you everyone. Any machine, whether new to you or brand new out of the box is always so exciting. I have always found such good deals on the internet that I never felt like I needed to buy brand new. This one just kinda fell into my lap so to speak, so I went with it. I didn't trade my 8900, I did inquire, but was told I would be so much better off selling it on my own, so that I will do.
What I am most amazed about is the difference in the lighting. OMG, it's like night and day, no pun intended. But wow let there be light. This new LED lighting is wonderful for the aging eyes.

I have 3 Janomes and love them all. The 9400 is my "go-to" for quilting, especially. It has so many features that I will never have enough time to explore them all!
