I'm so excited! Today I was the winning Ebay bidder for a featherweight. Best part - it was within the maximum price limit I'd set for myself. From the photos and description the machine looks like it's in excellent condition. Can't wait to get it!

Congratulations! I have one too. Mine cost a little more than what I'd wanted to pay but I went ahead and bought it because it belonged to my high school English/French teacher. That makes it a momento too.

My mom picks up every one she can find at yard sales and tries to resell them, but she doesn't use ebay. If you are in FL and need such a machine, you should call her. :) She might have one sitting around her house needing a home. :) She knows quilters like them.
