I had the 11000SE and loved it and traded up to the 12000. With both machines keeping the bobbin area is very very important. My dealer said many problems are because the machines aren't kept clean. Just a little lint will cause problems. Sounds like a good deal. Love my Janomes.

I bought the machine! The previous owner had upgraded the software and purchased some additional hoops. (Macro Hoop, RE Hoop, Special Edition Upgrade including Accuquilt Hoop). The machine is pristine. The dealer gave me a year warranty on the electrical components including the board so I felt better about purchasing it. I have school work to do so I'm waiting til the weekend to set it up and start playing. Thanks for all the feedback - it was a huge help.
