    Well, I'm off to WalMart, don't have a LQS close to me. There was nothing in my manual about oiling and the dealer certainly never mentioned it. Grrrrr! Thanks so much for the info. I hope I haven't damaged my machine.

    I'm shocked your dealer wouldn't have given you care and oiling instructions when they sold you the machine!
