Jelly Roll question

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to kwhite about Jelly Rolls of one color, but it has been locked.
I had never thought about that for sashing & I'm getting ready to make a memory quilt of pics (from layer cake pieces) but dreading the cutting of the borders & sashing as "uncle Arthur-Itis" doesn't like that part. (I'm 77 & Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, etc are kinda new to me) but that would be the perfect solution to get a Jelly Roll that compliments the colors of the layer cake!!
