    Well, I did a little math this morning. Homemade jelly rolls can be cheaper but not necessarily. A quilt shop near me is up to 14.50 on batiks. To make a batik jelly roll comparable to one I could buy, it would cost me more in fabric not to mention time. Nancy's Notions has them on sale right now. I am sorely tempted. Now, of course, if I made my own using older, non-batik fabrics, it would cost a lot less than a commercial one.

    Have used the charm packs more. Most of the time, I cut my own charms
