Keep in mind the coupon has to be for the same item. Also the coupon can't be used for an item that's currently on sale, just as at JoAnn's. We took their coupons where I worked. It wasn't advertised or promoted, the customer would have to ask. And yes, the customer would always want to use it on an item that was excluded and get rude. Oh well, can't please them all.
