We have both a Hancocks and a Joann's just a few blocks from each other. I don't know if all Hancocks do this or just ours but ours will honor Joann's coupons. They don't advertise it but they take them. Just thought I'd share that in case anyone else can use the info.

If I went to the Hancock's here and tried that, the cashier would think I was crazy. The cashier there is my SIL too, by the way. lol

That is a good deal! But I don't think the Hancocks here will do that. Sure would be nice if they would!

Ask the manager. Like I said, the one here doesn't advertise it, you have to ask them to do it each time. Try asking when you first go in. Show them the coupon, say "I need some fabric and a couple of things but I've got this coupon from Joann's. Should I just go there to get everything or can you honor this coupon." It never hurts to ask.

All of the Hancocks here take them Pam, so I would think they would in Jackson also. There is no written thing stating they do but its just common knowledge with the store managers.

Have you ever been to the Hancock's here? Seriously, I love the ladies that work there, but...um...nope, don't think this would work.

Trust me "Billy is wise and Billy is good"

I talked to the managers of the Murfeesboro and the Jackson stores along with a few others at the grand opening here in town, and they all said they take the coupons.

It also works in reverse...our JoAnns match the coupons and the sales flyers for the same products as Hancocks.
I had a Hancock sales flyer in my hand while shoppimng at Joanns and pointed to the fleece that was on sale and JoAnns matched their price.

Works here, too. My problem is the Hancocks here has so little fabric for quilting! I can't find coordinating fabrics....so I hardly go there.
