    Default Job's Tears Pattern--Help please

Needing a copy of the Job's Tears pattern which has a circle in the center and the curved lines. Quilter's Cache has the squared off version as have all others I have seen. I have searched Pinterest, Etsy, etc. This version was pictured in the Chicago Tribune of 1933. Needing this for a friend. She doesn't care or not if it is free as she will buy it. I know someone on here will know of a source. Thank you.

There are many variation of Job's tears but this one sounded like what you are looking for:

To me, it looks like a skinny orange melon with a circle in the center. Not hard to reproduce. When I think of this block, I think of the four diamonds meeting in the center.

Does she want to do it applique, piece by hand or piece by machine? Because I can think of many different ways to accomplish the quilt (or something very close) including using the QuickCurve from Sew Kind of Wonderful and then using applique for the connecting circles.

    it is a beautiful quilt!

Thanks everyone for the assistance. Nancy Cabot's site is the pattern she wants, but it doesn't show how to purchase it. It does reference blockbase program 3079. Which edition of blockbase would that be? You guys are the greatest. I searched images on google and the reference to the Tribune and blockbase was all that I could come up with but nowhere to actually purchase the pattern.

Funny, but I looked it up (just curious) on Google and a very old newspaper copy is for sale on eBay...Not familiar with the block but it might be worth looking at!
