I would guess that my machine has been doing this for some time, but has just started to really annoy me. When I use any 'speed' on my machine it is really viberating and jumping on my table..... What kind of padding are you using under your machine to stop this problem...batting????? foan ???? headliner ???? none of above.....

You need a steadier table, maybe? Mine does that when we sew on the long tables at church unless I set it in a corner where it is a little more solid. Hope that helps.

try using a bath mat under your machine you know one of those with suction cups on the underside also try moving your machine closer to the end of your table

I have this problem too. I started using a shorter table, and that seemed to really help.

My granddaughters machine does that. I put doublesided velcro on all 4 feet and on her table. Holds it really nice and it doesn't walk anymore.

Had a jumper once. I got a foam placemat and put it underneath. No more jumping from that machine.

You know those cushioned anti-fatigue mats that they sell to stand on in front of your kitchen sink? How about cutting one of those to set your sewing machine on? Just a thought.

"Jumping" is cause by the motor being so strong... placing the machine on a sturdy table with a anti-slip mat will help also getting a sewing table made for that machine... about $50- $100 new will correct the problem..
