Bought mine at Joanns with a coupon. Scared to use it. Will definately give it a try this week. Thanks for the encouragement.

I have the quarter cut and the shape cut and never have used either one of them. I now have the Accuquilt Go! so doubt if I ever use them. Bought the Shape Cut from Eleanor Burns Quilt In A Day, and the smaller one at JoAnns. Guess I never really learned how to use them. They weren't too cheap, so better try to get a discount if you can.

I recently bought the 12" shape cut ruler and really like it for cutting strips. I haven't tried to cut other shapes, yet. There is a video to show how to cut shapes...just google it. My only suggestion is to buy the larger one. I wish I had bought it instead and will get it someday. Sometimes the 12" is just too small for me.

I have several and love them. Here's her site. Click under "rulers". It will show them to you and there's a video on how to use them: http://www.junetailor.com/Index.htm

I bought this ruler for 1/2 price when our WM closed the fabric department. I looked at it but am not sure how to use it. Do you fold the fabric up to cut the strips? I am really new to all these gadgets. Just bought it because it was cheap and a JT ruler.
