    It is indeed a Redeye. And you are VERY lucky that is is side clamping because you can use most any modern low shank feet.

    Have you seen the wonderful tutorials and vintage sewing machine section of this forum, yet? You will learn so-o-o much by reading the posts. To find the Vintage Sewing Machine section just go to the Main Page and scroll down close to the bottom and you should find it down there. Be very careful, though, there are a bunch of enablers that hang out there :lol: Pretty soon you will be finding and bringing home a bunch of orphaned vintage sewing machines!!
    Thanks for the link to the vssmb blog. Spent too much time there already this morning. Vintage sewing machines are like puppies or kittens, you want to start adopting them all. At least you won't have to housebreak or feed them. :thumbup:
