Congrats. Have fun with your new baby. It sounds like a wonderful machine.

Congrats! I haven't yet put my 820 on the frame. I enjoy sewing with it so much. There are at least two yahoo groups for the 8 series machines-free to join and very helpful. Plus a blog: http://8seriesowners.blogspot.com/20....html#comments

I have had mine for about 9 months...and am still learning! It has so many features and is "fun to drive".

Congrats I recently got the 550 and I am in love with it the 800 series I was looking at as well but couldn't bring myself to spend that much more on the machine. I got the BSR and the Free Motion on this one so I'm happy with that - happy sewing!

Congrats! I love my bernina frame... And use it with a non-bernina machine.

I am green with envy; but very happy for you. I have a 1530 Bernina and have looked at the 820 model. A lady in Unionville, Mo., just bought one...if wishes were sewing machines, I wonder how many would we own?? Enjoy it for of us who wish for one like yours.
