    The last bargello I did, I quilted from the back. I measured and marked all corners and midpoints, then drew the flowing design from there. It was a breeze that way and I didn't get distracted by the many colors on the front. Yours came out very nice.

    Beautiful quilt! I like the idea of free motion following the design lines.

    Oh wow, that is gorgeous but I can't look at it too long. LOL I agree I'd follow the lines but not everyone of them.

    I just saw a gorgeous bargello at guild today. She quilted it on her domestic machine, straight line on the diagonal of the blocks. It made some places look curved. It was stunning!
