Yesterday I received my Dresden Plate Go die. All day I was at my job itching to get home to start playing with it.

When I got home, I found out that the water tank on the toilet of my bathroom was leaking. I had to call the maintenance guy at my apartment complex.

This took a lot of time and cleaning afterwards. So it was almost 9pm when I finally could start cutting. I selected fabrics and cut two plates on fall colors for placemats.

When I finished, it was time to go to bed. No time left for sewing. Darn!! I want to see the first plate finished.

This morning I'm back at my job, itching to go home to play with my die and fabrics. LOL

So, only a few more hours until you can go home and get back into your quilting...Yay!! I just received the Go and several dies, but haven't used any of them yet...I made myself finish some projects for others I had committed to... I don't have the dresden die and can't wait to see pics of how yours all turns out!! Have fun!

sounds like you have an itch that needs 'scratching' ... just don't scratch yourself raw.

Have lots of fun with your new toy and quilt to your hearts content on weekends.
