    I love color and to me, I see nothing wrong with it the colors are very pretty.
    Unless your mom is a very conservative dresser browns, blacks then by all means give it to her.
    I remember my mother loving lavenders,deep purples. So many compliments she recieved.
    Your mother will love this and the novel idea of leaving off a button

    It will look great with either a yellow or purple sweater or shell underneath. Ur mom will love it.

    I think its cheerful! But then I like bright colors. If your Mom likes the colors she will love the jacket.
