They are great on glass table tops - so you don't have to clean them all the time - allows you to save time to quilt, or buy fabric, etc

I use them everywhere in my house. And I gift them a lot. They are usually quick and fun and you can learn a lot of new blocks with them.

I have one on top of my dryer. I find it stays cleaner that way and I can still put things on it. Give it a try!
np3 that is a great idea...my dryer is in my kitchen...the possiblities..

I love tablerunners. I use quite a few of them on the wall as well as they work great for those skinny walls such as between a window & a fireplace. We have a large entertainment center with a big screen tv sitting in between the 2 sections with a bridge holding the 2 sections together. My dh came up with a great idea this yr for Christmas. We put one of them up on the wall in the area created by the 2 sides of the entertainment center, the tv & the bridge (picture a big square of wall). Then we put up Christmas knickknacks on top of the tv and it really turned out nice. It looks so good it is still hanging there as the fabrics don't look just like Christmas fabrics. I wish there was a way I could post a pic to show you all what I'm talking about!

I like them, when is just my husband and I home now for dinner we sit at counter, so I keep runner or table topper on table with candle or bowl of fruit or something. Looks pretty.

I have lots of tablerunners that I use eveyday on our table, as well as the coffee table. I agree with whoever said they donate money to a charity instead of a quilt! I'd much rather give them $50, instead of probably over a $100 in supplies and part with a quilt I love.

Use them on my dinning table, hutch, and other tables in the house. Love changing them out with the seasons, gives a nice little change to things thru out the year.

I have a round glass table and need something like this to help protect the glass. And matching place mats with matching curved bottom to match the curve of the table. I hate to hear a loud clink when setting cups or glasses down on the glass table.

I just made a braided tablerunner in a couple days. I make them for home decor. Put me in the mood to quilt again.
