I'm not getting involved I have 6 antiques 3 almost antiques 2newer S/Ms and 13 fishing poles and yep their all mine but I've got a WHOLE lot more invested in my machines than my poles but I say if its a good deal and you want the Ole Lady Grab her up

I laughed out loud when I started reading this! I bought a featherweight this past week...because my husband enjoys going to each and every football game there is during football season. I told him I knew I already have 3 other machines, that I use, but I NEEDED this one because she was so cute and because I have been wanting one AND because I just needed it to keep me happy while he was out being happy at the football games. I never complain about his games. I actually enjoy the quiet Friday nights. It's extra quilting time for me, but it sure made me come up with a really good excuse for purchasing something I didn't really need, but then I really DID NEED it... It had this uncanny pull on me!

Here's how I justify it:
Does fishing put food on the table? Yes, if you clean the fish and cook it.
Does quilting put food on the table? Yes, if you sell one so you can go out to dinner.
No brainer!
