I have purchased many quilt kits from Keepsake. Material is good. Only had one problem with them. Yardage was cut too short for one kit. Called and told lady that material had to be washed before hand. It shrank on some pieces. She did not understand and did nothing. The person that cut that part of the kit was braindead that day. Have not ordered as much as before for fear of same thing happening.

I buy from them and just starting a kit I got from them, the fabric is really nice, and so is the fabric from Connecting Threads so go ahead and order it. If you don't like it, you can always send it back! Jan

Oh WOW - I didn't know that!!!! Shame on Joann's for continuing to use a name that causes this type of customer confusion and dilutes or hurts the brand.
Huh - may think twice about buying from Joann's then...

I have never had an issue with the quality of Keepsakes merchandise.....however, don't expect to get your order anytime real soon, their shipping is really slow. My last purchase was made on April 16th and I just received it today. But if your not in a hurry I would recommend them.

Each one to their own opinion so ... in years past I have ordered frequently from Keepsake Quilting and been very happy with them. However, after the new owners took over, customer service has not been the same for me. After a few times with major issues, I no longer order from them.
Their fabric quality is good for the most part, but if you are wanting to know the manufacturer or the name of any particular fabric, so that you can order more to go with their medleys or kits, or so you will know the quality of a particular medley, they will not tell you.
I did order a bolt of fabric from them and it came with several flaws that I had to cut around, making seams where I wanted whole lengths seam-free.
In conclusion, they have pros and cons just like most other businesses.

I have ordered from them. It was quite some time ago. I ordered a panel of quilt labels. I still have some of them left. I think that the quality of the fabric was great, so I assume that the rest of their fabric is just as good.
