I definitely vote for "It's just a fluke". They were my first quilt catalog (many years before the Internet) and I've ordered from them many times through the years. Let their Customer Service Department know by email how frustrated you are and what's happening and it should all be handled.

It's been quite a while since I've ordered from them but they always had excellent customer service. I called them about an order I hadn't received. No questions asked they re-shipped the order which arrived quickly. Then the 1st order arrived later, it must have got lost in the mail. I wrote 'return to sender' on the unopened package and sent it back.

Snow is not a problem in Center Harbor. They know how to plow up there. Maybe the delivery of the products in different parts of the country is the problem. I've ordered from them & visited them & never had a problem.

I have never had a problem with them and their customer service ladies have always been wonderful and so helpful.
Give them time and they will make good....and you will be happy with whatever you order from them. I have always been....
