    Default Knife Pleat

I quilted a pillow cover to which I would like to add a knife pleat flange. Does anyone know a good site to see how to go around the pillow corner? I've been searching online and all I can find is how to make the pleat. Completed pillows are shown but no explanation of how to go around the corners. Thanks.

How wide do you want the knife pleat flange to be? I would suggest trying with some scrap fabric to just do the corner and see what you like. I'm thinking that one would need to gather what will be the inside edge of the corner if you want the flange to lay flat. Are you wanting it to look similar to the one seen at https://www.newtoncustominteriors.co...-pleat-ruffle/ ?

Thank you. Working with scraps would be a good idea to see what the best way to get those pleats to lay flat. I had been loking at the site you suggested, but she doesn't show how to do that. The other site suggested by Rhonda suggests taking some stitches out and playing with the curve. Seem I have some practice to do! Thank you all for your support!

If the corner is rounded, cut your fabric on the bias so it will stretch around.

That would have been a good idea! I'll remember that for next time! Thank you!
