Thank you alots. You gave me alot of information. I was surprised to hear the guild was at Satillete Beach because that is where we stayed. I have looked everywhere under the name of Vanishing Star and have not found it. Any more information would be greatly appreciate. I am so happy she won a ribbon. I know I thought it was fantastic.

The name/title of the quilt is Vanishing Star. That is not necessarily the pattern name. I would not be surprised if there is no pattern available for this quilt, but contact info for the guild can be found at their website. http://www.seasidepiecemakers.com/index.htm
Board officers and mailing address are listed on the 'About Us' page. There is an information and contact email address on the bottom of the 'Links' page.
Another contact email address is given on the Sunshine State Quilters Assoc webpage under their member guilds listing for the Satellite Beach group. I assume this is the membership contact, but she may get you to the right person. http://www.ssqa.org/flguilds.htm
That all should give you a way to get in touch with someone who can help you get in touch with the quilt maker. :D

Do you happen to have EQ?? This quilt could be easily replicated in EQ. I just did it.. other than placing colors. And each of the diamonds that look like log cabins, could be printed out for paper piecing along with the set in squares with the spikes.
