Default Koala Cabinet Sewing Machine Drop Table

I need some help with my Koala sewing machine drop table. I push it down and it holds at the bottom, however, it will not lock so my machine will sit level with the table. The manufacture date is 2004. I noticed the top nut and bolt is loose. Should it be tight? Since it stops at the bottom, it should stop and the top. Please Help.

Not knowing which one you have I am no help, perhaps you could email the company for advice.

I purchased a similar table made by Arrow and I had to make adjustments underneath to get my new sewing machine to the right height. I wouldn’t be surprised if you couldn’t find the instruction booklet on the internet.

I have the Arrow Kangaroo and there is a video on the website how to adjust the machine drop. Maybe it will help you. I think they all have about the same mechanisms.

I have a Koala sewing table. I recently had to call the store in the US. They were wonderful and quickly helped me.
