    To the OP - I'm so jealous. I'm sure you'll LOVE your new Koala.

    There has to be an electrical cord from the motor that needs to be plugged in. Maybe there's a possibility that it was not included with the table in error.

    Thanks to all who responded. Have contacted the dealer and although they are busy recovering from the retreat they have assured me that all will be made right. It was the Babylock/Koala dealer who organized the retreat. Had Sharon Peterson as the guest instructor. Also got a great package deal with the Elissimo Gold, the Enterprise serger, the GO cutting system and loads of other goodies. That was my "retirement" present to myself.

    So glad the dealer is taking care of it for you! You are going to LOVE your new table! Good news/bad news?.... You'll want to spend even more time sewing once you have it all set up!

    I would suggest calling a Koala dealer and ask them. If they are any kind of good business person they will help you even if you bought it used. Thanks to all for the advise on the best Koala to buy as I am looking!!! Probably looking for a good long time before I can get one.
