I just have to say how thrilled I am that Steve from Alto's is a man of integrity. I bought a used Quiltcut2 (not from them) and was having problems with the cutting guide moving a bit and causing my cuts to be off.

I had asked for help on the board here and got some very good advise, but nothing seemed to remedy the problem. Steve had seen the post and said to call him and maybe he could help me figure it out.

I did and he did. He was very patient with me and we discussed it until we came to some conclusions! Who does that any more?!

I have been more than pleased with the little use I have gotten with the system, even with the wiggle. I will be anxious to get going on something new now that I have a speedy way to cut!

http://www.quiltcut.com/ for those who are curious! I am not related to this company in anyway - just a happy customer.
