Label for baby quilt... with no name?

I like all of these but even a label with "to the couples name, or the mother's name, in celebration of their baby's birth would give some identity.
I think it is best to give the blanket without asking for it back.

I was thinking I'd ask if they could let me borrow it back when they have the name picked out and label it then..
