    I don't put my full name on charity quilts, but, depending on my mood and situation, I either put 1st initial & last name, 1st name and last name initial or I just initial it. I don't worry about the security aspect of it, but, rather think it should be identified somehow, especially since we don't know where they end up.

    only thing i would add to your label would be date, fiber content, and possibly care instructions.
