    I agree about a square quilt. Unless you have a king sized bed it doesn't seem to fit, does it? I don't mind squares for throws or anything other than a bed quilt.

    this is pretty too! you could add a row top and bottom of tiny stars to lengthen it!

    I have had the pattern for months and it's my next "new" project. Several UFO's to finish first. It's a good thing I'm allowing some time because I've changed my mind about colorways several times already. I'm wondering how it would look in bright primaries?!?

    I am not a fan of a square quilt either. But could you make the sq around the star bolong instead of sq or would that take away from the design?
    If you make a queen size is the center still a square?
