the cost of fabric is ridicilous! I know the people that make it ,etc etc, but good grief! $10.00 a yard! come on give me a break. why do we have to go to different ways to find some good material for our projects!

We have a big WalMart in our area that used to have lots of fabrics and craft stuff. They took it out and haven't seen nor heard about them bringing it back. I hope they will. It was the only reason I'd ever go there. Made a point recently to stop by & ask though & no one knew anything.

Those who are able to get fabric from Walmart are very fortunate. I keep looking in my Walmart stores but so far not a sign of fabric. I will keep hoping.

There is a cutting table & fabric at my local Wal-Mart, too! I was surprised they got it going again so quickly..... not that I'm complaining, mind you! I was just surprised to see it already.

I surely hope this is coming to the Walmart on Barry Road in Kansas City Northland.

We did get some fabric back in Marble Falls, but it is not a very big selection and they seem to have more flannels than anything. Not a lot for quilters.

I think that maybe the header should have been "QUILTERS" instead of "Ladies"... We do have many male quilters here on the board :-)

Sadly, our local Walmart has made no changes since they removed their fabric line.
