I was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could buy durable recycled paper-plastic laminate combination for crafts. Any suggestions? I am looking for something durable and flexible, but easy to sew through. I thought about finding my own paper patterns and using contact paper, but I am not sure how durable that would be.

I don't know if it is what you are looking for but at Joann Fabrics and Hobby Lobby you can get Embroidery Paper...at my Joann store it is in the same aisle as the Scrapbooking paper, it says Emb. Paper on the bottom

At HL it is at the end of the next aisle after the Scrapbooking Paper...also says Emb paper on the bottom

Clear contact paper on both sides of light card stock. Have to put it on slowly to avoid wrinkles.

Office Depot here can laminate up to 11x17" I think. I had some letter sized sheets done a while back - it was around a dollar apiece.
