Sorry I know this was asked before. I am heading out there for a "me" day. I would like to hit the places that have nice fabric but cheap. ;) I can always stop at the nicer quilt stores if I have time. Can you help me?
    TIA

Lancaster, Pa.? I always liked Sauder's in Muddy Creek for some fabrics. I'm in Florida now...

Not sure what direction you are coming from, but Hayloft in Morgantown PA is going out of business and everything in the store is 50% off...and their prices were very reasonable to start with.

Thanks all. I am coming from, well, say near Pittsburgh. I know about the beautiful stores near kitchen kettle and all that. But never knew there was a Zincks, which I thought that was only in OH. So I would like to start with cheaper and go to the better. If that makes any sense to you.

There are several quilt shops in Intercourse. They are nice but commercialized. I like the one in Bird in Hand. It is called something Cabin, maybe Cozy Cabin. It is an old fashioned store. The clerks are Amish or Mennonite. I liked their selection of fabrics.
