    She is a fantastic quilter and lives in western MA. I would use her pattern as applique before she made into piecing!!

    I also just got a notice that there's a live online seminar (aka, webinar) coming up titled Principles of Design in Arts and Crafts: Basic Skills for Every Artist with Lyric Kinard. http://www.interweavestore.com/princ...-crafts-ep7850 It's on July 18th, this coming Thursday.

    I've taken classes from her and have her book, Art + Quilt. She's a great instructor, very personable, and really, really knows her stuff.
