I like to make bed quilts, usually queen size. I have made several wall hangings, they make great gifts, and my daughters like to change them for the different seasons.

I make lap size and baby quilts. Can't manage the big ones.

I mainly make lap size. I have a white chenille bedspread (double size) in my guest room and I display lap size quilts on it. They don't normally hang over the sides but they cover up to the pillows. I like the look and I can rotate my quilts depending on my mood. Also, my whole family uses lap size while watching TV.

I make queen and king size for myself and to sell but make LOTS of small quilts for kid donations to hospitals, etc.

I make mostly twin or full size. Big enough to sleep with, still small enough to use as lap throw especially for larger or taller people.

I like to make holiday themed wall hangings but like was said before don't have enough walls. I have made a few lap quilts but I think they are a waste for all the reasons already listed. I like to make bed size quilts, king or queen. Mostly large queens that will also fit a king.

I prefer bed size quilts, but do make a lot of lap/wall hanging size.

I used to make a lot of wallhangings, but now have enough of those, so mostly laptop size, or when I need a larger quilt for someone will make one of those...like the king size one I am making for my oldest son and his fiance for their wedding in October. Otherwise, I also enjoy making tablerunners...have those for all seasons, and nonseasonal that can be used whenever.

And those that make bed size quilts, do you quilt them yourself on a LA or regular sewing machine?
